One day, I discovered that I was starting to boost some weight and that my tummy was getting bulkier and bigger. When I discovered that I was kind of getting fat, I trimmed down my carbo intake and followed a special diet to achieve my desired weight. I also strove going to the gym to burn fats and to keep my heart strong. However, when my boss sent me to Spain to show up in a very crucial meting, my diet program crashed.
My boss instructed me to go to Valencia, home of the very yummy Paella. When I stayed in the locale, I was not able to escape from the friendly Spaniards who offered me to taste this famous yummy food. I was very concerned about my strict diet policy before I got to the country but when I had a serving of this Spanish cuisine, I instantly forgot about cutting down the carbohydrates in my chows. I can never forget the yummy relish of seafood and vegetables mixed with rice, olive oil, and saffron when I had a bite of Paella. I was also able to have a bite of other varieties of the dish, such as paella de marisco and paella de peix. I think I relished a great amount of Paella because I stepped foot on the city of Valencia on a Sunday, the time of the week when Paellas are usually served.
After a week of cruising in Spain, I started following my diet policy again. But if someone will give me some yummy Paella right now, I say dieting will be followed tomorrow.
