I was also able to have a bite of other varieties of the dish, such as paella de marisco and paella de peix. I think I relished a great amount of Paella because I stepped foot on the city of Valencia on a Sunday, the time of the week when Paellas are usually served.

After a week of cruising in Spain, I started following my diet policy again. But if someone will give me some yummy Paella right now, I say dieting will be followed tomorrow.
